Use of (This) Interrogative Negative

अंग्रेजी भाषा में This का अर्थ होता है – यह. इसी प्रकार That का अर्थ होता है – वह. स्पष्ट है कि इन दोनों शब्दों का प्रयोग एकवचन कर्ता के रूप में होता है.

ये दोनों ही Demonstrative Pronouns (संकेतवाचक सर्वनाम)/ Demonstrative 

Adjectives (संकेतवाचक विशेषण) हैं.

इन दोनों के साथ एकवचन संज्ञा (singular noun) तथा एकवचन क्रिया (singular verb) का प्रयोग होता है.

Example :-

1. Is this not a table. (क्या यह एक मेज़ नहीं है।)
2. Is this not a pen. (क्या यह एक पैन नहीं है।)
3. Is this not a book. (क्या यह एक किताब नहीं है।)
4. Is this not a copy. (क्या यह एक कॉपी नहीं है।)
5. Is this not a bag. (क्या यह एक बैग नहीं है।)
6. Is this not a ball. (क्या यह एक गेंद नहीं है।)
7. Is this not a wood. (क्या यह एक लकड़ी नहीं है।)
8. Is this not a tree. (क्या यह एक पेड़ नहीं है।)
9. Is this not a forest. (क्या यह एक जंगल नहीं है।)
10. Is this not a coolar. (क्या यह एक कूलर नहीं है।)
11. Is this not a cloth. (क्या यह एक कपड़ा नहीं है।)
12. Is this not a rope. (क्या यह एक रस्सी नहीं है।)
13. Is this not a bat. (क्या यह एक बल्ला नहीं है।)
