Use of (That)  Negative

अंग्रेजी भाषा में This का अर्थ होता है – यह. इसी प्रकार That का अर्थ होता है – वह. स्पष्ट है कि इन दोनों शब्दों का प्रयोग एकवचन कर्ता के रूप में होता है.

ये दोनों ही Demonstrative Pronouns (संकेतवाचक सर्वनाम)/ Demonstrative 

Adjectives (संकेतवाचक विशेषण) हैं.

इन दोनों के साथ एकवचन संज्ञा (singular noun) तथा एकवचन क्रिया (singular verb) का प्रयोग होता है.

Example :-

1. That is not a table. (वह एक मेज़ नहीं है।)
2. That is not a pen. (वह एक पैन नहीं है।)
3. That is not a book. (वह एक किताब नहीं है।)
4. That is not a copy. (वह एक कॉपी नहीं है।)
5. That is not a bag. (वह एक बैग नहीं है।)
6. That is not a ball. (वह एक गेंद नहीं है।)
7. That is not a wood. (वह एक लकड़ी नहीं है।)
8. That is not a tree. (वह एक पेड़ नहीं है।)
9. That is not a forest. (वह एक जंगल नहीं है।)
10. That is not a coolar. (वह एक कूलर नहीं है।)
11. That is not a cloth. (वह एक कपड़ा नहीं है।)
12. That is not a rope. (वह एक रस्सी नहीं है।)
13. That is not a bat. (वह एक बल्ला नहीं है।)
14. That is not a board. (वह एक बोर्ड नहीं है।)
15. That is not a roof. (वह एक छत नहीं है।)
16. That is not a glass. (वह एक गिलास नहीं है।)
17. That is not a vessel. (वह एक वर्तन नहीं है।)
